Ready for a serious challenge? Sharpen your mental toughness and test your limits at Power HIT. This is high-intensity, time-efficient training with a wide variety of exercises inspired by functional fitness and the world of Crossfit.

After a quick warm-up, it’s time to hit the stations. We work with various gym equipment – rowers, ski-ergs, kettlebells, and your own body weight. The different setups and the high-octane atmosphere pump up the energy in the group. High pressure, where every second counts. HIT is more than just a workout – it’s an experience. Come join us!
