Are you ready for a challenge? HYROX HIT is a high-intensity workout that closely resembles the competition elements of HYROX. Whether you're preparing for a competition or looking for an inspiring new way to train, this session is for you.

In HYROX HIT, we work with long intervals, challenging both endurance and strength through total body exercises and equipment such as rowing machines and skier machines. The selected exercises are designed to strengthen and condition your body for the competition elements featured in HYROX.

The intensity level ranges from demanding to very demanding throughout the session, but there’s always an opportunity to adjust the training according to your daily condition. The goal is to keep moving and find a pace that allows your entire body to work over an extended period. The encouragement from the instructor and group will motivate you to push just a little bit further!
