Combine strength training with gym machines and simple sweaty cardio exercises. Add a sense of group dynamics. In Cirkelgym HIT, you can truly push yourself to the max. Here, you train your entire body using gym machines, bodyweight exercises, and sometimes even equipment like kettlebells, balls, and resistance bands. The pace is high!
You challenge your endurance strength and aim for a high heart rate. Cirkelgym HIT demands your physical capacity and willpower.
The session begins with a technique overview where the instructor goes through all the exercises. After warming up, it’s time to go all out. The instructor coaches and motivates you throughout the session. The high-intensity feeling comes from both the exercises and the leadership. You don’t have to worry about the tempo of the music. Just go for it!
