Spring's new feature - Trail running
Join us for a running experience beyond the ordinary. On Trail Running, you get the chance to experience the surroundings and nature around you while we move through forests and terrain. The pace and level of effort will naturally adapt to the ground beneath our feet.
Start slow running
Running training isn't just about chasing fast splits. Friskis' relaxed running groups offer slow running at a pace that's comfortable for both new and seasoned runners. We meet twice a week over five weeks to begin the running season as a group. You participate based on your current ability, and we'll mix walking, power walking, and gentle running. Offerings may differ, so look for Run off Löpning soft at your Friskis location.
Spice up your training - join a running group
Already a runner and looking to explore new training methods with others? We meet twice a week for five weeks for a truly great start to the running season. Our sessions focus on Distance Running and Interval Running. Participating for the full five weeks will help you progress your running. Offerings may vary, so look for Run off Distance Running and Run off Interval Running at your local Friskis.
Your weekly running training
Friskis offers a variety of running classes, including Löpning soft, Löpning distans, Löpning intervall and this spring's new Löpning trail. Plus, there's Cross löpning and Cross soft. Check the schedule at your nearest Friskis for what's offered there.
With Friskis Go - train at your convenience, wherever you are
Improve your running form, get a boost in our interval sessions, or stick to a program to reach your objectives. Our superb training app, Friskis Go, offers a wide range of resources for starting your running season strong. Take a look at the new treadmill workouts – ideal for when outdoor conditions aren't appealing or when you want help with steady pacing in your intervals. You can choose from four structures: distance runs, combined interval training, hill intervals, and walking. Friskis Go is included with all Friskis training cards valid for over 1 month.
