Gentle and Strength-Building Outdoor Training
Cross Soft is a session where we focus on strength exercises at different outdoor stations. The group walks or power walks together to each station, using bodyweight—or nature itself—for resistance. Solid exercises with a focus on strength, balance, and functional movement.
Cross Soft is perfect if you’re looking for well-rounded training that’s both gentle and challenging. The pace is relaxed, giving you plenty of time to get into each exercise and adjust them to suit your energy level for the day. Encouragement from the instructor and the group will help you push just a little further!
First time? Just join in! Be prepared for a bit of mud, and feel free to bring a pair of gloves.
