Löpning intervall (Running intervalls) is the perfect session if you’re looking for variety and want to experience a faster running pace. Interval training is also excellent for your heart. By alternating between high-intensity bursts—where you really push yourself—and slower recovery periods, you’ll get incredibly effective cardio training while preparing your body to run faster.
The interval sessions come in different formats with longer or shorter intervals. No matter the setup, the instructor will guide you through the session, motivate you, and help you get the most out of your workout.
