The membership terms

Personal membership

From the year you turn 13, you have the opportunity to become a member of us and then have access to our entire range at our training facilities. The membership fee (one euro per month) applies per every 12 months period and is included in the training fee according to the price list at each time. Your membership is personal and can only be transferred on special occasions. 

Your Training Card

Your Training Card is personal. It applies to the facilities used by Friskis&Svettis in Luxembourg and all outdoor classes in Luxembourg. Lending of  training cards is not allowed and may lead to suspension. The Training Card includes the membership fee.

Our classes

The majority of our classes takes place in the EU-Schools in Kirchberg and Mamer. Please note that there are no indoor classes offered in the EU-schools when they are closed for holidays or events. During July and August, we move outdoor to the parks by d´Coque and in Merl where we offer selected classes.

Reimbursement

We do not reimburse your training fee if you for any reason decide not to work out any longer with Friskis during your current membership period.

If you become ill or hurt yourself so you cannot work out for a longer period of time, just get in touch with us and we can discuss about finding a solution.

Present your Training Card to the host or instructor

Always bring your card with you to the facility and present it to the host.

Schedule changes and reduced opening hours

Schedule changes occur throughout the year. At weekends and during the summer, schedules and opening hours are somewhat reduced, compared to during the regular autumn and spring season. Sometimes we also need to shut down facilities temporarily for maintenance and renovation. We will not replace non-training for these reasons. Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg is also not responsible for obstacles in or limitation of exercise opportunities that are due to circumstances beyond our control.

Exercise under your own responsibility

All training takes place at your own risk and under your own responsibility. This also applies to the storage of personal belongings during the training session.

Your personal data is in safe custody

We at Friskis&Svettis Luxembourg treat your personal data in order to best serve you the services we offer. In our role as personal data controller, we ensure that applicable legislation on the protection of your personal data is always followed when we process your personal data within our business. Feel free to yourself, but not others

You are welcome to photograph yourself and your training at our facilities. However, you may not photograph other members without their permission. In the locker room there is a ban on photos.
