In Coque we are giving group training classes on Thursdays (MultiFit) Saturdays (Barbell), Sundays (Jympa & Barbell). It is also the meeting place for the Cross Running classes on Fridays.

Please note that Friskis cannot offer changing rooms and shower for the Cross Running classes since d’Coque is only the meeting place and we do not have access to the facilities.
