Friskis is a non-profit volunteer-run fitness club with Swedish roots, bringing fun, high-quality group workouts to people across nine countries.

We’ve been experts in movement since 1978 and have been energising Luxembourg since 2000 with inspiring instructors, music and easy-to-follow functional moves. Everyone is welcome to join us from the age of 13.

At the first class in Stockholm in 1978, just one person showed up. Today we are more than 500.000 members in a proud non-profit association that engages and inspires through 154 volunteer-run associations. Friskis is present in Sweden (102 associations) Norway (43), Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Vantaa, London, Aberdeen and Fuengirola).

We offer a wide range of group training classes per week at the EU-Schools on Kirchberg and in Mamer and at the Coque on Kirchberg. In the summer (when the schools are closed) we move selected classes outdoors - you’ll find us in Parc Merl and at the Central Park outside the Coque near "The Kyosk".

Welcome to Friskis&Svettis in Luxembourg

It’s that time of year again… our legendary Christmas Mega Session is back — same format you love, same festive energy!

Join us for a full workout to ONLY Christmas music, led by a mix of your favourite instructors. Expect fun, sweat, sparkly vibes… and of course afterwards some Swedish Christmas treats, such as gingerbread biscuits and warm "Glögg" (Glühwein).
We’ll also have a little prize draw to keep the festive spirit going!

Everyone is welcome — members AND non-members.
Put on a Santa hat, wrap yourself in some tinsel and bring all your friends! Let’s have some sweaty festive fun!
