Become a member or join a session
There are various ways to participate in Friskis sessions
To become a member, or register for a free trial session, or book the 1-session or 4-session digital cards, go to our membership portal. This platform allows you to buy and renew your subscription and book sessions. You can see a list of the membership and session options on our pricing page.
- If you want to try out a session for free, you do this via the membership portal. Simply make an account and select the "Free access to one session" option in the "Class Packs" menu.
- If you want to buy a 1 or 4-session card (a digital voucher that is valid for 1 or 4 sessions anywhere, anytime), simply create an account if you don't have one yet and select the corresponding option in the "Class Packs" menu (or under "My products" if you already have an existing account).
This membership portal is also available through a mobile app available on Android and iOS.
