Full Membership 

A full membership grants access to all Friskis Brussels classes, including Outdoor. Note: Classes in July-August are free, so the 10 month membership covers a full year.

€153 • 5 months membership (25-64 years)
€109 • 5 months membership (12-24, 65+ years)
€90 • 5 months membership (EU institution trainees, Au-Pairs, Unemployed)

Outdoor membership

To join our outdoor Nordic Walking and Running sessions

Session cards

These cards are virtual as well and can be bought on our membership portal.

€5 • 1-session card for members of foreign F&S clubs
(valid membership proof from a foreign Friskis club must be shown to the host)

All summer classes in July and August are free.
