A tough cycling session with a performance focus

Perfect for those who want a real training challenge and to increase their capacity. Spin giro has been developed together with Mattias Reck, coach of world-leading cycling teams. The workout runs for a total of 26 weeks from autumn to spring. The weeks are divided into periods with different focuses. The periods build on each other, so join in from the start! Jumping on in the middle of the season is difficult.

Spin giro is aimed at those who want to challenge their limits, whether you are a cyclist, runner or do some other fitness-demanding activity. The aim is to train your physical capacity using a bicycle. By the end of the last period, you'll be ready for bike races and other fun challenges.

Using the watt meter, you can see how much energy you produce when pedalling during the session, i.e. the effect of your training. Or simply - how hard you are pushing yourself.

The instructor guides you through the session using FTP (Functional Threshold Power), average power as a benchmark. The leader also guides you based on feeling, so if you want you can let go of the meter and go on feeling.

Prepare to ride out of your comfort zone!

First time? Make sure you're used to doing cardio or are an experienced cyclist before taking on the Spin giro. If you've never done indoor cykling before, you can start with Spin distance or Spin interval.
