Get Started with Running
Want to start running outdoors at an easy, relaxed pace? Then this is the session for you! In Löpning Soft, everyone is welcome—set your own pace, and remember, no speed is too slow.
After a group warm-up, we move into the main part of the session, alternating between walking and jogging in a varied, enjoyable way. The focus is on having a great training experience where everyone can keep up. We finish by slowing down the pace and ending the session together with some simple dynamic stretches. The instructor is there to motivate and guide you every step of the way.
With Friskis Löpning soft, you can challenge yourself in a gentle, supportive way—on your own terms. The goal? To leave the session feeling strong and excited for your next run!
