At Stallet you can work out and attend to group training classes.

The beautiful old stable building is located on the former regimental area in the middle of Uppsala Science Park, where many people have their workplaces. The training facility is perfectly located if you, for example, are in the mood for some nice lunch training.

At Stallet you can train even when the reception is closed. You will need a membership in Friskis&Svettis Uppsala and a valid training card.

As a member of Friskis&Svettis Uppsala you have access to all five of our training facilities. Stallet is one of them.

Staffing

The reception at Stallet may be temporarily closed even during hours when the facility normally is staffed. The receptionist may have other commitments, such as leading classes. You can make many purchases digitally via the Mitt Friskis app and here on the website.

Accessibility

The venue is located in an old stable, but has been converted into a modern training facility. The gym is on the entrance floor. The second floor is only accessible by stairs. A separate changing room and shower are available in the wheelchair accessible toilet.
