Welcome to Fyrishov!

Fyrishov is Uppsala’s classic sports facility. Although the 1,500-square-meter space is slightly smaller than our other facilities, it houses a modern, well-equipped gym and a group training area.

Here, we offer group training with sessions in smaller groups, where the group feeling is stronger than in larger groups and you get more guidance from the leader.

As a member of Friskis&Svettis Uppsala you have access to all five of our training facilities. Fyrishov is one of them.

Accessibility

The training facilities are located inside the Fyrishov arena and are on one level. The facilities are accessible via elevator and stairs.

Staffing

Fyrishov is always staffed. However, the reception may be temporarily closed if the receptionist has other commitments in the gym. You can make many purchases digitally via the Mitt Friskis app and here on the website.

Regular opening hours of the main entrance Fyrishov:

The main entrance to Fyrishov arena closes for entry at 21.30 and for exit at 22.00.

If you want to visit our premises in Fyrishov after 21.30, use the entrances by the bowling alley or by the judo training facilities. Use these entrances also when you leave the training facility after 22.00.
