In Multifys Barbell, we focus on foundational exercises like deadlifts, squats, and rows, along with more dynamic movements like power cleans, snatches, and ground-to-overhead lifts. In between, we mix in bodyweight exercises to push your strength and endurance. The result? An energy-packed session with an unbeatable workout vibe.
The energy from the instructor, combined with the group and the music, gives you that extra drive and motivation. You’ll always start from your own level and how you feel that day, with plenty of opportunities to adjust the training to suit your needs.
