Challenging circuit training with long intervals

Curious about HYROX? Or looking to push your limits and try long intervals? Then the HYROX Cirkel class is just for you! This medium-intensity circuit session draws inspiration from the competitive elements of HYROX.

We’ll work at various stations where you’ll have the chance to challenge both your endurance and strength with exercises like running, jumping, lunges, and rowing. Some use equipment, while others do not.
Throughout the session, we focus on long intervals. The challenge lies in finding a pace for each exercise that allows you to get into a flow and keep going strong. Your instructor will be right there beside you to motivate and cheer you on every step of the way.

The HYROX Circuit is perfect for those with some fitness experience—perhaps you've attended Cirkelfys or something similar before.
