3 tips to make the most of training at work

1. Keep it simple. Focus your energy and attention on just getting started. Make it easy and accessible to encourage as many employees as possible to participate.

2. Enhance team spirit. It doesn't necessarily mean exercising together, but it could. It could also involve individual workouts while fostering community through inspirational lectures, post-activity gatherings, or casual conversations among colleagues.

3. Exercise wherever you are. Make it happen with activity breaks at the workplace, outdoor sessions at lunch, or power walks on your way home from work.
