Autumn schedule now available
The autumn semester starts on September 1st and runs through January 2026. The updated schedule is available via the schedule page.
Here are some highlights you will see:
- There are 40 sessions each week!
- Two evening Barbell classes at the Optima gym location
- Three new instructors!
- A Coreflex with Minibands class to challenge your strength
- And a new Boxing session will begin later this semester (look for updates with the starting date soon)
