Yoga for children aged 6-12

In Yoga för barn, kids explore yoga independently, guided by an instructor. They engage in imaginative and varied yoga exercises, such as the Rag Doll, Grasshopper, Three-Legged Dog, or maybe even the Double Boat.

This yoga class is inspired by Friskis Yoga and offers kids a chance to connect with their bodies. The focus is on breathing, mindfulness, and using their own body as a tool. During the session, they practice balance, flexibility, strength, and posture, while also developing attention and concentration. The class alternates between playful and calm moments.

In this yoga class, kids will enjoy a relaxing yet exciting workout experience, with every opportunity to be themselves. Namaste.
