Split sessions are short and effective, designed to target one muscle group at a time so you can fully challenge and fatigue it. The workout is built around straightforward, simple exercises—if you’re familiar with strength training at the gym, you might recognise some of them. The sessions can be done with or without equipment. After a warm-up, you’ll dive into the strength section, where you can push yourself at your own pace. The session ends with a short cooldown focusing on mobility.
