This is high-impact, efficient cardio training with intervals that push your limits—alternating intense efforts with recovery periods.

There are different versions of the class, with both longer and shorter intervals. A heart rate monitor helps you pace yourself—so you don’t go out too hard, and can confidently dig deep when it counts. It’s a great way to get in tune with how different heart rate zones feel like for you. 

Before the session, you borrow a heart rate monitor and strap it around your chest. On a screen in the spin studio, you enter the number on your monitor and your personal max heart rate. Not sure about yours? The system can estimate it based on your age. And if you’re new, just ask the instructor for help.

You have control over the resistance on your indoor bike throughout the session. 

The vibe is focused, fiery, and full of energy. The lightning is usually dimmed down. Driven by powerful music, you'll keep pushing—even when it gets tough.

First time? No experience needed.

You just need to be at least 150 cm tall to fit the bike properly.
