Using the watt meter , you can track how much power you're generating when pedaling. It’s a direct way to see the effect of your effort.

The instructor guides you through the session using FTP (Functional Threshold Power), your average output used as a benchmark. You’ll also get guidance based on feel—so if you prefer to skip looking at numbers and go by sensation, that works too.

The atmosphere is focused and motivating, often with dimmed lighting. A great way to break a sweat and feel strong—on your terms.
