Intro Session with Extra Guidance
Never tried spinning before? Or maybe you’ve given it a shot but didn’t quite get the appeal? Then this is the perfect session for you. New to Spinning is a class where the instructor takes extra time to guide you through everything from setting up your bike to mastering basic cycling techniques.
Once both you and your bike are ready, the session starts with a comfortable warm-up. After that, you’ll get the chance to explore different intensities and increase your heart rate at a relaxed, stress-free pace. The instructor will be with you every step of the way, and there’s plenty of time to adjust the workout to a level that feels right for you.
The idea is to take New to Spinning once or a couple of times before moving on to the regular spinning classes. These intro sessions are offered a few times each term—keep an eye on the schedule if you’re curious to give it a try.
