In Multifys Barbell, we focus on fundamental exercises like deadlifts, squats, and rows, along with more dynamic movements like power cleans, snatches, and ground-to-overhead lifts. In between, we mix in bodyweight exercises to challenge both strength and endurance. The result? An energy-packed session with a great workout vibe.
You’ll always start from your own level and how you feel that day, with plenty of opportunities to adjust the training to suit your needs. In Multifys Barbell Soft, you’ll have extra time to get into each exercise, and the instructor will focus on helping you nail the technique. Perfect if you want to train at a more relaxed pace.
