Training on your terms

Would you like to start exercising or get back after pregnancy and childbirth? At Mammapower, we focus on strengthening and rebuilding the body after pregnancy. You work entirely based on your own conditions and desires. The baby lies next to you during the session.

In Mammapower, you train in a group at a relaxed pace with carefully selected exercises that can be adjusted according to how you're feeling that day. You work your whole body at different stations with exercises for strength and stability. The focus is on the core and hips as well as pelvic floor control. The instructor is there to guide you through the entire session. If you want to take a break, push harder or less, or hold your baby, of course, you can do that.
