At the Kids' Club, Friskis provides fun movement activities for kids aged 4-6, led by our energetic instructors.
Friskis' popular children's training gets a new addition - Kids' Club. A fun session where the body and motor skills are challenged in a playful way.
– Friskis stands for training throughout life. Habits are established early, and it is especially important for children to be physically active as their bodies grow and need to become strong. Movement also ensures that several of our senses are trained and developed in the best way, says Nina Forsberg, training developer at Friskis.
Varied and playful training
Kids' Club is suitable for children aged 4-6 who enjoy playing and moving around. We warm up to popular Mini-Röris songs with simple movements and catchy music. Then it's time to get started with games, obstacle courses, and relays. We run, crawl, climb, jump, and have fun together. To finish, we take a moment to wind down and calm ourselves with music.
– Variation and playfulness are important keys to create a desire for more movement, says Nina Forsberg.
Motivation to go screen-free
The session is led by a team of instructors from Friskis, and this particular session is run without parents.
– Take the opportunity to do some training yourself at the same time! It's a perfect occasion for it. We hope that this new exercise offering can inspire more people to put down the screen and work out - simultaneously or together, says Nina Forsberg.
