Training for children and family

Fun, exciting, playful, and comprehensive – that's how you could describe what is likely Friskis&Svettis' most crucial form of exercise: children's training. Come join us and let the kids burn off some energy!

Our kid's and family training is adapted to the kid's needs and capabilities. Here, our younger members meet to exercise, have fun, and get moving. We see ourselves as a complement to sports clubs, providing training that's non-competitive and inclusive.

The movements aim to develop children's motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, stability, endurance, and flexibility. Music is inspiring in many of the group training classes and is an important factor in experiencing and motivating movement.
