The holidays are approaching, and Friskis has some exciting special sessions for you throughout the rest of the month!
First, ourChristmas megasession will take place on 14 December 2025, 11am at Maalbeek with Daniela, Emma, Lene, Lies, Magda, Marika, Mónika, Olivier, Rebecca and Wim.You can expect moves from different sessions including Box, Family, Yoga, Jympa, Dance Explode and Multifys, Christmas costumes, and some Christmas snacks afterwards! There will also be free babysitting.
Before the megasession on 14 December, Emma will also be giving her Family Licensing at 10am in Maalbeek. If you have children from 2-6, do come to support Emma in the final step before she becomes a Family instructor!
If you can't make the megasession, some of our instructors have added Christmas tweaks to their own sessions, so you are sure to be able to celebrate! Don't miss these sessions for some festive music and cheer:
Festive Lights Run with Fiona, George and Miriam on Monday 8 December (7pm). Starting at The Wild Geese (Av. Livingstone 2), with snacks and drinks afterwards.
Christmas Yogawith Olivieron Wednesday 10 December (6:45pm) at Hiel, with some Christmas tea to finish.
Christmas Spinningwith Christina on Thursday 11 December and Monday 15 December (7:30pm) at JIMS, and Tuesday 16 December (8pm) in Mounier, followed by some Christmas snacks.
Christmas Multifys with Daniela on Wednesday 17 December (8pm) at Mounier, with drinks afterwards.
Christmas Intensive with Francesca on Thursday 18 December (7pm) at VUB, and Saturday 20 December (11am) at Maalbeek, with some festive treats after the session.
