Join Our Free Summer Workouts in July and August
This summer, July and August, we have a special schedule for you to stay active, and since the summer sessions are free please invite your family, colleagues, and friends to join our fun workouts! There will be Jympa, Running, Multifys, Coreflex, Nordic Walking and more. Plus the Mega-Sessions to start and end the summer fun!
On Thursday 2nd July, a megasession with many instructors will kick off the summer together at Parc du Cinquantenaire, near the running track. Google map location is here.
During July and August there are sessions 6 days a week, and you can view the planned schedule from the schedule page.
Some extra summer runs might be added on Saturdays, and of course always confirm the latest schedule via the membership portal.
Then we'll end the summer on the 27th of August with another Mega-session!
