Spring schedule now available
The Spring semester starts on Feburary 1st and runs through June 2026. The updated schedule is available via the schedule page.
Here are some highlights you will see:
- The Boxing session happens each Saturday from 12h00 to 13h00 in Maalbeek (no previous boxing experience needed for this fun and dynamic class!)
- The popular Barbell Intervals class now happens on Sunday morning 10h30 at the Optima location (Gd Rue au Bois 76, 1030 Schaerbeek)
- A new Coreflex class on Saturday mornings
- The Running Soft class returns to Woluwe Park in time for you to get in shape for the warming weather
- Plus the Nordic Walking, Spinning, Jympa aerobics, Yoga, Multifys interval training, Running and Barbell classes to help you stay healthy and fit
