October 2026 Updates
Our Autumn '26 mixtape megasession will still take place Monday 19 October at 7pm, but will be in the "old" Maalbeek location (Avenue d'Auderghem 126) as a way of saying goodbye to our old Maalbeek venue - come and join Nolwenn, Emma, Lene, Sophie, Mira and Francesca to enjoy the best songs from their Autumn sessions! The megasession is free for everyone.
Our other new venues
A reminder that we have sessions at two other new venues since the start of this semester: Emergence (Ixelles) and Ecole Nouvelle (Saint Gilles). These have already become very popular, but don’t hesitate to check them out if you haven’t already!
Saying goodbye to Christina
While we say hello to our new venues, we also sadly have to say goodbye to our beloved spinning instructor Christina. She will give a special farewell session on Thursday October 22, 7:30pm at Jims. It will be an interval session with a Swedish touch. We thank Christina for all the sessions and wish her a nice return to Sweden!
And don’t forget – all these sessions can be used to fill your Friskis bingo card. While we already have a winner who filled her card in only five weeks (!), you have until the end of December to complete as many squares as you can and win some great Friskis merch!
We're really happy to see the enthusiasm around the Friskis Bingo - we hope it's helped you find your new favourite session! Because of your motivation, we have added a prize for completing one row, so don't hesitate to send a photo of your card to info@friskis.be once you complete one row!
Thank you to everyone who's already emailed in pictures of their cards, we will answer you soon and provide you with more information about how to pick up your prizes.
For more information about the bingo, check out this post. And don't forget you can play until the end of the calendar year!
As we’ve previously announced, the location of our Maalbeek hall will be moving at some point in the autumn. The current planned start date for the new location is November 9th. The new address will be: Bd de la Plaine 3, 1050 Ixelles (right next to the Etterbeek station). But no fear – our current Maalbeek location will remain for as long as it takes to make the move! Please pay attention to the latest schedule and confirmation when you book classes.
Did you know that Friskis is on Facebook and Instagram? If you aren't already, do follow us for updates and news - and tag us in any nice photos or videos you take of our sessions!
We hope you have another great month of Friskis sessions!
