Frikis at the Brussels 20km on May 25th

Join the Friskis team!

The 45th edition of the 20km of Brussels will take place on Sunday 25 May 2025, and Friskis will be participating with a team!

UPDATE: The 20k is currently "sold-out", however you can still join us at the event for the Friskis warm-up and cheer on the participants, and we're happy to have volunteers to help look after the runners belongings.

Interested in joining the event with our Friskis team, either running or walking? Here's how to join:

2. Enter the Friskis team code: FRIS10953.
3. Add your personal details, including whether you plan to run or walk the race, and complete the payment process (30€).
4. You don't need to go to the office to pick up your race number yourself, this will be done as a group! You’ll receive an email in the week before the race with information about the meeting point on the day.

Registration opens Wednesday 12 February, 9am. You are strongly encouraged to sign up as quickly as possible! As soon as the quota for team registrations is reached, registrations will close automatically and you'll need to register individually in March.
