Find Strength and Energy in Stillness
Friskis Yin Yoga is a calm and restorative yoga practice focused on pausing and simply being. We begin each session by finding presence and focus before moving into Yin Yoga’s seated, lying, and all-fours positions. In each pose, we stay for a few minutes to quiet the mind and gently challenge the body’s flexibility.
Some positions may feel intense or slightly challenging—listen to your body and adjust according to how you feel that day. Yoga blocks and blankets are available to support you throughout the session.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Yin Yoga is perfect if you’re looking for a moment to focus on yourself and draw strength and energy from stillness. Feel free to wear soft, comfortable clothes and cozy socks.
