Booking rules

This is how it works to book a pass with us. The rules may differ slightly, so check what applies to your Friskis.

About booking

  • To be able to book and train, you need a valid training card and membership.
  • The schedule is dynamic and you can see sessions 14 days in advance.
  • You can book sessions seven days in advance.
  • Sessions on day seven will be bookable continuously, 30 minutes after the session ends, the places for the next week will be released. Gym instructions can be booked two weeks in advance.
  • You can book on the web and in the app up to 15 minutes before the session starts.
  • You can have up to five bookings + five queue places at a time.
  • All places on the sessions are bookable.

Queue list

  • If the class is fully booked, you can join the queue.
  • You can have up to five queue slots at a time.
  • If you already have 5 reservations and get a place from the waiting list, you will receive an email. You can then choose whether you want to cancel a pass to possibly get a place. You will keep your place in the queue and new booking attempts will be made if there are more available places.
  • If you get a spot, we will email you no later than 90 minutes before the session starts. At the same time, the waiting list function will also end for anyone who has not been given a place.
  • Check that you have entered the correct email address under My Pages on the booking page or in the app.
  • If you get a place from the waiting list, it will be booked and accommodated within your maximum number of bookings (as long as you don't already have another booking for the same time).

If you no longer plan to attend the session, it is important that you cancel your queue spot just like with a regular reservation.

One booking at the same time

You can only have one booking at a time. This means that:

  • If you queue multiple classes at the same time and get a spot on one, the other queue spots will be automatically deleted.
  • If you are in line and then book an overlapping session, you will not be able to get a spot on the class you are in line for.

Get ticket

  • Booked tickets can be picked up no earlier than 2 hours before and no later than 5 minutes before the session starts.
  • Unclaimed tickets will be released five minutes before the session starts.
  • You can pick up a drop-in ticket no earlier than 2 hours before the start of the session (subject to availability as all seats are bookable).
  • You do not need a ticket to pass outside. Check-in takes place at the location where the pass is located or where there is a gathering. Check the information for the pass.

Cancellation

  • Cancel at least 90 minutes before the class starts. You can do this in the session booking.
  • You can cancel a gym instruction no later than 24 hours before the start time.
  • If you forget to cancel your spot, it will be marked as a missed reservation. 

Missed bookings

  • A missed booking remains for 30 days. If you have three missed bookings, your card will be blocked from making reservations for 30 days from the date of the last missed booking
  • The booking block will automatically disappear 30 days after the last missed booking. If you want to activate the card for booking earlier, you can remove the block at the reception for 100 SEK. You can also click on a pass in the schedule and you will see a link to pay online.
